This may be irrelevant, but...

I suddenly got a flashback of Experimanta Playground, which was an exhibition in Melbourne in 2007. They had some really fun and surreal interactive installations. Here are some of the pieces I remember to be awesome:
What's Yours is Mine
Shadow Monsters
I really don't actually know what Unity is capable of, but was compelled to share :)

Oh and thanks, Simon for setting up a blog.

  1. No problem, Meredith. Wait, who's Meredith? I'm scared. And embarrassed that I might not know someone.

I'm not sure exactly what "What's Yours is Mine" is, just from a quick look. But it's an interesting take on interactive, virtual drama.

I think the Shadow Monsters thing is totally engaging. It's a great concept. I know that we could do that on a sort of more complex scale, if we put our minds to it. It also could potentially use all the walls of a space...

  2. Meredith....I was thinking of Experimenta as well....I did some of the setup for them last year, and there were definitely some projects worth looking at in regard to our collaborative projects.
